The
Company’s code of ethics serves as a code of conduct, based on high
philosophy and integrity values, and intended to increase the Company’s
reputation. It has been put into practice since 2003 and stated in the
Director Resolution No. 032/Kpts/Dir/2003 dated 3 November 2003. The
Company’s code of ethics was composed as a support for Good Corporate
Governance. Included in the code is regulation on integrity such as,
management, employee, information system, and relation with the
stakeholders. The philosophy of “to achieve, to compete, and to
responsible” as stated in the Company’s Corporate Culture established in
7 August 2006 has become the basis for the implementation of the
Company’s code of ethics.
