The implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG)

regulations, which finally will enable the company to survive and win
the ever-increasing business competition.
In recently ever-increasing business competition, PT Semen Gresik

requires a tool to improve its competitiveness as well as trust in
operating the business. By consistently implementing the principles of

both its shareholders in particular and other stakeholders in general.
Semen Gresik has adopted a philosophical culture; ‘well-achieved’,
‘competitive’ and ‘responsible’. This cultural principle has been
adopted by the company in order to keep improving quality, prices,
services and company’s values which have become the moral bases to
achieve its mission and vision. Semen Gresik also realizes how important
it is for the company to implement business etiquette to manage the
company and hopes to reach and develop good corporate culture.

in state-owned enterprises, Semen Gresik considers that the preparation
of GCG implementation guidelines in every unit as well as Semen Gresik

as the operating principle standards. Therefore, all values owned by

in relationship for mutual benefit which is, in details, already written
